Constitution court in Harare the capital of Zimbabwe has brought a smile to the desperate Mnanagwa by upholding the controversial elections results were he narrowly won against his strong opposition opponent Chamisa by 50.8% last month. The Zimbabwe constitution judges gave unanimous decision urging that the members of oppositions failed to produce satisfying evidence of alleged rigging of the elections in favor of Mnanagwa. This decision paves way for Mnanagwa to be inaugurated within 48 hours.
Zimbabwe capital was filled with tough security personnel ahead of the anticipated court verdict. This was so to avoid the chaos that could have broken out by the supporters of Chamisa.
It should be noted that the Zimbabwean elections on 30th July were very peaceful but riots and unrests broke out after Zimbabwe elections board was accused of rigging the elections to favor Mnanagwa. The capital went into chaos and businesses came to stand still.

Mnanagwa is aged 75 years and commonly referred to as crocodile in Zimbabwe, was also a former hand man of the Mugabe Zimbabwe’s longest serving president. He came to power after ousting Mugabe in the coup de tat.
