Former Arua Municipality by-election National Resistance Movement flag bearer Nusura Tiperu has warned the party against the people power movement headed by Kyadondo East member of parliament Hon Robert Kyagulanyi Ssemtamu known by many as Bobi Wine.

Tiperu said that during the recently concluded by-election campaign in Arua, the ruling failed to finance her campaign claiming there was no money.

“When I stand as a Flag bearer in Arua, l moved from one Office to the other looking for Youth and Women Funds but only to be told that the Treasury is empty. I went to State House, Presidents Office, Kasule Lumumba Office, Rose Namayanja Office, Tang Odoi Office, and even to my Arua Elder Moses Ali nothing materialised But in Kampala Money is being distributed like beans.” Tiperu said.

She urged the ruling party to stop fighting each other and concentrate on building the party for the betterment of the future.

“If we don’t stop fighting each other Bobi Wine People Power will encircle the entire Nation” Tiperu stressed.

Tiperu lost in the recently concluded Arua Municipality by-election to Independent candidate Kassiano Wadri who was elected in absentia as he detained in prison during the election day.
