Gen Kayihura’s henchman rushed to India over poison claims: Top Sheikhs living in fear

Former Inspector General of Police General Kayihura close friend Sheikh Sadiq Ndawula has been rush abroad for specialized medical treatment and diagnosis of poison fear.

The revelation was made by Sheikh Muhamood Kibate Ssebugwawo, the deputy supreme mufti Kibuli faction who stated that Ndawula was last week rushed to India as his health condition worsened.
He added that, Ndawula was attacked by strange disease two weeks ago which left his body weak.

“Yes, it’s true Ndawula has been rushed to India for more medical attention. He has been sick for the last three weeks and he has been getting medication from local clinics until we discovered that he needs extra medical attention,” Kibate said.
When asked to comment on fears from Ndawula’s family that he was poisoned by a group of Tabliqs from the incarcerated Amir Amar sheikh Yunus Kamoga faction, with whom they have been competing for the leadership of the Tabliq sect, Kibate said, “we can’t say that he was not poisoned and we cannot confirm the claim that our brother was poisoned by bad people.

Ndawula sickness led to general panic within the Muslim fraternity who on several occasions accused the government of witchhunt and targeting muslims fraternity.

Ndawula is a close friend of General Kayihura who is currently facing trial before military court on charges related to crimes committed during his time as police chief.
