by Odongo Christopher

Kyadondo East Member of Parliament Kyagulanyi Robert Ssentamu popularly known by his stage name Bobi Wine has urged Ugandans to ensure that they are registered and eligible to vote come 2021 instead of wasting more time inquiring from him if he is going to contest for presidency come 2021 General elections.

While appearing on Pearl FM, Bobi Wine emphasized that people should not forget that his election symbol has always been a clock, therefore no need of several questions on that.

He went on to note that whether he is in the race or not, Ugandans should note that the struggle to liberate the Uganda can’t be a success without their involvement as legitimate voters.

The musician who becomes politician explains that regardless of the intensifying threats, they shall continue fighting for their rights and ‘we shall get our freedom or die trying’.

On speaking about his Music show which has on several occasions been blocked, Bobi Wine said that, “Apart from being a Member of Parliament, I am a musician and this does not benefit only me. Over 200 people benefit when I have a concert such as the Djz and people who sell different food stuffs.”

He also notes that they (Police) are only blocking his concerts because he does not agree with them.

“It is the courts of law to determine whether my music is illegal or not.” He added.
